Telegram bot for a Laravel CRM (SaaS) — access, chat

Integration of a Telegram bot into an existing Laravel 9 CRM for managing SaaS subscriptions with monthly billing. The bot verifies users, grants access to private groups/channels by tariff, sends debt reminders, and provides two-way client↔manager chat right inside the CRM admin.
What was built:
- Bot integration with nutgram/laravel into a modular Laravel project, Webhook setup, users fields (telegram_id, telegram_token, telegram_connected) and a chat messages table
- Verification: the CRM generates a token and a t.me/Bot?start=TOKEN link; on Start the bot links the Telegram account to the user
- Access management: invite links to groups/channels by tariff; access revoke via a CRM button, 'debtor X days' status
- Automated debt reminders on failed billing: +1, +2, +3 days; texts editable in the admin
- Two-way chat: client messages from Telegram are stored and shown in the user card; manager replies are sent back to the client
System: modular architecture (nwidart/laravel-modules), commerce (subscriptions/invoices/transactions), payment gateways LiqPay/Monobank/WayForPay, Spatie stack (permission, activity log, event sourcing, translatable), Sanctum, Socialite, multilingual.
Role: integration of the Telegram bot and retention features into an existing CRM (backend, Laravel).
